Quaker Meeting House Classes

The next block of classes will start the week commencing the 3rd November. You can join a class at any time during the block. Each class lasts for an hour and all mats and pads are provided.

I also run three morning classes at The Manor Clinic in Sevenoaks, details given on request.

I will be starting new Saturday morning classes in January, there will be two sessions, 9.30 and 10.30, if you are interested in joining a session please use the contact form below.
