GROUP CLASSES
Classes are booked in blocks with each class costing £9.
Blocks usually run from between five and eight weeks and tend to coincide with school term times. You can join a class at any time throughout the term. Space is limited to a maximum of nine in each session.
Classes begin with a review of the basic prinicples, followed by the main repertiore of exercises, we then finish with a relaxation exercise so that you leave class feeling calm, centred and revitialized.
