I trained at The Royal Ballet School and The Central School of Speech and Drama where I graduated in 1995 with a BA Acting degree having covered various disciplines including Alexander and Laban techniques.
Since that time I have worked extensively as an actor on TV and on stage including playing a lead role in the Olivier award winning production of Singin' in the Rain at the Royal National Theatre.
I have studied Pilates for over 15 years under teachers such as Alan Herdman and Jenny Mills, and recently attended workshops with pilates elder Lolita San Miguel, who is one of only two teachers to have been certified by Joseph Pilates himself and Judy Difiore, one of the foremost experts in ante/postnatal exercise.
I graduated as a STOTT PILATES matwork instructor in April 2006 passing with 93%.
